Our system which is titled "Quality Administration for Emergency Services" (QAES) is a comprehensive hardware and software solution combined with an end-user-friendly design that provides immediate access to all resource management and quality assurance (QA) information.

Position your operation to demonstrate that quality performance is reviewed for all emergency requests and not by some statistical percentage that only checks predetermined incidents or responder types.

CAD data is imported into QAES and the system processes every Law Enforcement, Fire and Emergency Medical Service dispatched incidents against a potential of one-hundred-ten (110) indicators. All indicators are reviewed during the initial implementation and can be adjusted by the Dispatch Center when necessary.

Allows for multiple levels of reviews to occur including, Complimentary, Reviewed by QA Officer and Nothing Further Required and Review And Return (Employee or Agency Response Required).

Guaranteed follow-up. Once an incident is sent for review, notices are automatically generated until a response is received from the individual or agency. This includes an option to send reviews to those agencies you dispatch.
